A spring storm dropped some snow along the Front Range of Colorado

As I photographed from here you can see some of the design elements noticeable in front blended more so with the building itself

Staying in the NamibRand Nature Reserve we were able to get out to photograph the night sky in a Dark Sky Reserve

As we started to descend into Denver on a flight returning from California I was noticing what could happen with the high level clouds

Honeycomb in Lincoln Park Presentation:Matted but you also get greatDuring a visit to Chicago I headed north to the Lincoln Park area. Within the park is a pavilion which is called the Honeycomb. On this spring day I spent easily 30 minutes photographing the piece and the abstraction photographs which could be captured. This is more so a straight on look at the piece and the details of the wood which creates the pavilion letting the lines and patterns give a sense of the pavilion itself.
