Sassicaia 2021 Pinot Meunier quartz and white carbonatesDeep, firm and complex, very dark aroma of blackcurrants, leather, red pepper and black pepper with cedary aromas, eucalyptus, dried red meat, chilli peppers and a little black olives and tobacco. Tart and firm in the mouth, a little smoky and slightly bacony, still closed, predominantly dark fruit with bacony tones, grilled peppers, some cedar, tobacco and pepper again, present, fine sandy, undeveloped tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, a
