It has spice and cassis aromatics followed by a medium bodied and yet generous finish. The wine spent a further 14 months in maturation with 50% new French oak. The 2021 Dog Rock Cabernet Sauvignon can be enjoyed early but will cellar for 15 20 years. Return to store
