Leconfield, 'Syn Rouge' Sparkling Shiraz, NV, Coonawarra Sherry His Eminence’s Choice dates back'One Liner' A richly fruited Australian sparkling red with blackberry, raspberry and a creamy, gently spiced finish. Tasting Note Deep ruby with a lively mousse. The nose shows rich chocolate, raspberry and dark berry fruit, with a fragrant yeasty complexity in the background. On the palate it is medium bodied but full of flavour, with zesty berry fruit, a creamy texture and fresh, balancing acidity. Serve it well chilled and it really comes alive.
