Not many of the usual botanicals are used in this gin which makes it very interesting

Try it in a Tom Collins or a G&T with East Imperial Old World Tonic

Plantation 2003 St. Lucia - 43% - 700ml Wines & Sake prunes and cocoaDistilled in 2003 in St. Lucia and aged for 10 years in bourbon barrels before spending a further 18 months in ex Cognac casks. The aromas is full of christmas spice, with hints of dried fruits and leather. The palate has a lovely sweetness of fruit cake, think vanilla with dried fruit and nuts. A long finish of nutmeg and sweet raisins.
