I really love this beautiful off white silk blouse by Yves Saint Laurent. It is really quite fabulous and has such a rich feel between the luxuriousness of the silk and the decadence of the buttons. I believe each button is a glass pearl they are very high quality and have a good solid weight to them. Their domed, rounded tops are the perfect contrast to the silk.. It has a
