The neck and cuffs feature adjustable elastic. The sleeves are three quarters in length, ending just below the elbow, which creates a beautiful puff above the cuff and a ruffle below it. The neckline can be adjusted to be worn either on the shoulders or off the shoulders. We have left a small gap in the stitching of the elastic casings, allowing the elastic to
