This is an incredible dress that is completely covered in a three dimensional design done by hand with glossy black sequins and bead work

Under the top ruffle there is a fitted pencil skirt but over that is draped that fantastic ruffled edged panel of fabric that swoops around the hip and up one side

It has that romantic Victorian hippie feel that the best of his clothes have. It is two separate pieces, both done in a light polished cotton.
